About the circuit

The Circuit Pau-Arnos, located near the town of Arnos in southwestern France, was established in 1986. This circuit is distinct from the more famous street circuit in Pau, known for the Pau Grand Prix. Pau-Arnos is used for both auto and motorcycle racing and is recognized for its challenging layout, featuring a variety of track configurations that range in length from 600 to 3,030 meters. The circuit's design includes significant elevation changes and several blind corners, which test the skills of drivers and riders alike. The track is versatile, hosting regular track days, test sessions, and smaller regional competitions. It also has facilities for a racing school. In 2021, Pau-Arnos hosted its first FIA World Touring Car Cup event, marking its debut in hosting an international championship series. The circuit also includes a kart track that extends up to 900 meters, providing additional racing opportunities.
